ORDERING- There is no minimum order. Orders paid by money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and cash transfer via Paypal are usually shipped within 48 hours. For customers in the Virginia, MN area, pick-up can be arranged by contacting us for details before submitting payment so that we can recalculate without shipping costs. Or submit your order and chose "pay by check/money order" for your payment method. Payment will be due at the time of pick-up.
SHOPPING ON-LINE - For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart. You may also print out your order using our shopping cart and mail it to us. When purchasing products via our secure shopping cart, shipping charges are automatically calculated. For Minnesota residents, a 6.5% sales tax will be applied for non-clothing items. We accept personal checks, money orders, credit cards, and Paypal. Paypal also allows you to directly transfer from your bank account. All amounts are in US dollars. REFUNDS/EXCHANGES- All products are carefully inspected before being shipped to ensure quality. If you do find a problem with your order, please contact me immediately, and I will be happy to correct it. Unwashed/Unused diapers can be returned/exchanged for their full amount (less shipping). Purchases are only eligible for a refund with-in the first 30 days after arrival. Please check the sizing information before purchasing diapers. Orders that receive free shipping, will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERIES- Customers who refuse to accept delivery of an order are still responsible for the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. This includes items that were initially sent as "Free Shipping" or "Shipping Included".
BABY CARRIERS- Purchasing a sling through Buttercup Baby Boutique indicates that you have read all safety information on the manufacturer's website and are agreeing to follow all safety requirements that come with your baby carrier. You are agreeing that you are responsible for your child’s safety while using the baby carrier and that the owner of Buttercup Baby Boutique will not be held responsible. If you have any concerns about the safety or use of your product please email me right away and I will put you into contact with the manufacturer.
International Shipping - I may ship international orders if you e-mail me for approval first. You will be charged for actual shipping plus insurance regardless of how much my cart charges. If my website overcharges you for shipping, I will refund the difference. Free shipping will not apply to International orders. Please contact me if you have any questions.
